Kibler Celebrates 45 Years with SGI

McLanahan Corporation Announces Plans to Acquire Diefenbach SRL

Hollidaysburg, Pa., Feb. 13, 2023 — McLanahan Corporation is pleased to announce that it has signed an agreement to acquire Diefenbach, an Italian manufacturer of filter presses and thickeners based out of Medolago, Italy.
