New MSHA Information Hub Overview

In June, the Mine Safety and Health Administration announced the launch of its new MSHA Information Hub to help miners, operators, contractors and other stakeholders quickly find answers to their most frequently asked questions. In this webinar, MSHA shared the features of the new resource and invite questions and feedback.

NSSGA and our Annual Partner, Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. held an informative webinar that included recent proposed and final rules by Fish & Wildlife Service on Endangered Species Act implementation, including an update on newly listed bat species and changes to surveying for them and other areas of concern including habitat use.

Sustainability Working Group Webinar and Virtual Meeting

This webinar brought together sustainability experts to discuss the fundamentals of Product Category Rules (PCRs) and Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) and how they impact the aggregates and construction industry. Presentations featured experts in Life Cycle Assessments and EPDs from various organizations with experience and perspective in the aggregates industry. Following the presentation, the Sustainability Working Group conducted a short meeting to discuss plans, activities and materials for the rest of 2025.
